Well, after 2 week of tinkering around with clientregistry.blob, restarting, logging out, updating, etc., I've decided that there's only one thing left to do.

\reinstall









Apparently, some file other than the client registry has become corrupt, so this may be the only means of fixing it. Hopefully this works and I'll see you guys soon. If it doesn't, I'll just go play on my parent's computer.

It's probably too late but hopefully you saved your config files so that you don't have to go through that all over again.
