Played last night and there were no Admins on... this guy was getting headshots and kills like shooting fish in a barrel. I don't have a demo or screen shot but you can just look at his UNBELIEVABLE stats:

Daddy, I'll look at the demo tonight. The stats do look real suspicious. Thanks for taking the time to make sure this was handled right by sending in the demo. It's real important that this be done if you want action on a player that an admin wasn't present to spectate.
