Icons Alpha Channels

Not sure if I'm postin this in the right area, couldn't find an icon one, but I've been trying to save the alpha channels to my icons in tga (then i was going to make it into blp afterwards) file using Photshop. But I can't get it to work, during saving options it won't let me have alpha channels as an option. Help would be appreciated.

Hmmm, im a bit rusty with my skinning but i'll try to help.

1. Have you saved the alpha channels as the right name? I thin its Alpha1
2. Have you saved it in 24bit?

If all else fails, send me the file and i will convert it all properly for you.
