I think its dieing

my computer used to get 100 fps constant
no choke
and low ping...

i just finally got my power supply replaced and go to crank it up
and now all my shits fucked up
it was happening before the power supply so i dont think its a power issue
but im thinkin some how my rates got fucked up

so for a definative answar:
what do my rates need to be ?

rate " "
cl_cmdrate " "
cl_updaterate " "
fps_max 100

vsync is off
and ive boosted all my memory on opengl on my driver settings
any other suggestions ?

These are my rates for source and czero..never choke:
Cl_cmdrate 30
Cl_updaterate 15
rate 25000

there are some others on here but that is a good start.

(i dont want to be the pessimist(sp?) here but i have heard that a dying PS can take a mobo down with it...hope thats not the case, but at least good mobos are pretty cheap)

cl_cmdrate 101
ex_interp 0.1

rate 25000 or 9999 if I start getting choke...works for me..

and play 800 by 600

in options in game display mode normal open gl




DEFAULT:
cl_updaterate 20
cl_cmdrate 30
ex_interp 0.1
rate 2500.0
