[Help] Fraps Settings

Just a question for those who record CA montages that run smooth like butter. What settings do you guys have for Fraps? When I record, it's all choppy and full of lag. I've downloaded the Fraps.exe that KellermanCA provided in his video details, but Mine runs like crap. My computer doesn't have any other game but Combat Arms and MapleStory(I don't play it, my little brother does, lol.)

Any help or recommendations are welcome.

I run fraps at 60 fps and half size.. Dont seem to have any problems...

If that doesnt work, it could be your computer cant handle running fraps. If that is the case, try another program that isnt so taxing on your pc

Well when you begin to record, do you notice any slight choppy-ness when you move your weapon around to aim? Or do you still move around like when you're not recording?

I can tell when I start recording. There not a big difference in your gameplay but you can notice a lil bit. I also only have 1.5 gig of ram so that explains the problem for me.
