Has quick scoping been nerfed?

For a few weeks no, whenever I try to quick scope with my L9's, it un-scopes me almost instantly, not letting me fire. Now, this only happens when someone is within say 40 feet of me. When no one is around, I can't even recreated it. I tried clicking the right mouse button twice really fast, nothing. I tried holding it down.. nothing. It is impossible to scope in and out that fast. This is annoying me because now I can rarely quick scope. It does it 4 times out of 5 when I try. Does anyone else have this problem?

Nope, been going on for a bit. It seems I'm the only one dealing with it though besides like 2 people I've met in game who also had it. I can't recreate it so it's not my mouse. I think it might be lag..

Slow down your right click left click, it worked for me. Somethings been changed.

It doesn't have to do with clicking. I honestly tried for like 10 minutes to recreate it and I couldn't do it. It ONLY happens when someone is close to me.

Might be excited and hit the button more than once prehaps? I honestly don't know, I havn't had problems.

I'm confuzzled, my broadband renewed and now it works fine. What's your latency like ?

Might just be lag.

It's not net lag though, it's computer lag. Since I'm one of few facing this issue it must be the computer lag.

Btw, just got this thing called Winstep Extreme, it's like a Vista/mac theme for XP . It's actually pretty cool . Screenie -

You're processor is pretty slow, your ram is fine, Hard drive is big enough. Your graphics card is pretty old. Dang. Glad your getting a new pc, I feel for you

Mine at the mo' is 3.06GHz Intel Pentium IV , 80 GB Harddrive + 30 gb external, 1.5GB ram, Nvidia 7300 LE . It's all good though, pretty fast. It runs faster than my friends dual core laptop and loads faster than his in combat arms, so its sweet as
