Game loads ot black screen

I dunno what is going on. I am running on an X64 W7RC OS. 8Gb of DDR2800 quad Intel 2.66 processor, XFX 9600GT video card.. I have run the game as admininstrator in Vista/Vista SP2/ XP/XP SP2/ W98. Nothing works. I have it in compatibility mode for the engine, NMservice, and CombatArms.exe, still nothing. I have installed and reinstalled, clean uninstalled and reinstalled, patched everything. Nothing is helping me, I know on the W7 forums people are playing the game and I know someone who personally said he got CA to work on a W7 Beta. I am about to restart with the data exclusion thing now and if it doesn't work I dunno what else to do. Suggestions?

You try letting it sit for a few minutes?

Silly question, but sometimes CA takes a few minutes to load.

Restarted and nothing. I can hear the music and if I hit Esc and Enter I can exit the game successfully.

Turned off my Antivirus and firewall completely and let the game sit black screen and music for an hour with nothing coming up.

I dunno what I did but it works now.
