error cannot load dll halp!

i downloaded the ca installer (my comp meets the requirements) and when i click the setup icon i get an error message saying cannot load dll. so im stuck now cuz i cant finish the setup and play it and i have no idea what to do. i used to have it on my computer a long time ago but i had to delet it along with many other things to make some room for my school work since i go to an online school T-T anyhelp would be appreciated with this. i miss ca a lot.

i put periods in their T-T their just very small.

try a fresh install, i had the same problem. i just reinstalled and it worked fine.

try right click the setup and click run as admin
