Erreor code never seen b 4

ive been on many combat arms forums (this is the best) and i never have seen this error code before o.k. heres what happened i launched the game and the rectangle box that says version checking that usually only stays up for about a half a second but this time it stayed for about 30 seconds and a box came up that said

Cannot Connect to the server please try again or visit
www.combatarms.nexon.net
Error code = -2,10060


my internet is working fine my computer is up to standards my specs are the following:

Toshiba Sateelite A-305 windows vista premium 32 bit edition 400 gb hdd intel dual core proccesor ATI radeon graphics

i was playing for weeks before this happened plz help i looooooooove this game
