Vertically, looks alot better as you said. Horizontally it just looks like an external cd drive for a computer haha.

I don't know why but the N64 is still and was always my favourite nintendo design! Haha

Horizontally since I play alot of GC on it and I don't want to accidentaly turn it the wrong way and block the fan vent thing.

Vertically. Looks a lot better. Though I may change the setup once I move to my apartment.. First move-in day is tomorrow, woot but I won't be bringing it then.. maybe this weekend or next week... then I'll be in it for good.

I sometimes put it horizontal when i hear the fans revving up, and getting hot.

When its vertical, even though there is a fan hole at the bottom of the wii stand the stand is only like 3mm off the floor so i feel it gets more air horizontal.

Mine doesn't rev up and get hot too often though! Hhaa!
