Pancake Day

Its pancake day today in the UK.

so i'll be cooking up some amazing pancakes tonight!

recipe:
1 egg
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
+ super amazing topping of your choice!!

I cant decide my favourite topping, but the classic lemon and sugar is pretty good. Also they go well with ice cream
