on we shop channel it just crashe

I never had a problem. Sounds like your internet is messing up, not your wii.

my wii has crashed as well when i'm on the shop channel and the internet channel

You could try resetting the wii or see if the internet signal is strong or weak it should be strong , If it isent see if there isent anything blocking the signals for the wii to the comp.

thank you, if it carries on messing up I will do that actually I havne got any wii points anyway so thers no point me using the shop

Was it in the middle of downloading someone, or did it just crash as you were browsing the games?
