need help with clan joining/creating

when i attempt to join or create a clan the game freezes and i receive no error message but then when i go back to the regular game its working fine. i really want to join a clan but i have no way of using the find clan feature or a way to submit application I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 20 times now and disabled my firewalls and anti virus software if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Well firstly, are you of the correct level requirement to create a clan?
Some users experienced similar problems simply because their level wasn't of requirements.

Clan help...again

So now im ssg and i wanna make my own clan, and i cant do that either! I will post a picture below in a second after i get to the game and take a screen shot. Also i will post pictures of what the admins of the game told me.

Hard times

Y im a srgeant 1 first class and when i go to making a clan everything works fine but when i click on create or check it just clicks but doesnt do anything no error message or anything please help.
