but i have Mairo Kart 64 and think it is quite good, it ithe same old mario game as you would expect with the wacky items and places to race at i would give this game at least 91%

Paper Mario- I only got it, but if you played and liked the GC version, you'll love this
The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of time- Awesome, simple as that
The Legend of Zelda - A link to the past- I think this is better then Ocarina of Time so this will be a good purchase.

i would say either get mario kart 64 or legend of zelda ocarina of time.
i do not have these games for vc but i had both of them for n64 and both of them are filled with endless hours of fun.
