Does Wii Shop Channel Take long to load?

Yeah sometimes my wii shop channel just stays in the loading screen until i take the plug out. Other time it loads up in seconds its strange.

for me it works fine i get on there and look around very quickly

i guess it depends on your connection speed. if you are using 512kb/s then it won't be as fast as 8mb/s

I don't get problems with it myself, although on the odd occasion it does take a while to load up even with my 20mb connection but only about 2% of the time.

it also depends are you on wireless or wired? wired will be faster and if you use wireless, then the more other people use the net, the longer things take.

It also makes a difference on wireless on how far the wii is away from the router

It doesn't take long to load for me. It goes quite quick.

sometimes really fast. other times slow. My router is 2 floors up so it actually works pretty well for that.

it depends on the speed of your router, and what is actually between it and your wii

sometimes, mine just load and load, for several hours but nothing happens, and to abort, you need to pull the plug. happened like 3-4 times but I don't visit it any often either
