Clan chat problem

OK so i don't get this at all not one bit and have no clue why nexon WONT fix this but anyways...
So I just got in this awsome clan you know level 5 alot of members they do alot of clan wars now there probly going to kick me cause they think i ignore them.Every single time when i try to type something in clan it doesin't say anything it says EVERYONE is offline and i can't see anyone else respond

PLEASE FIX IT SOMEONE IT'S BOTHERING ME

if you wana talk in clan chat and your not in a battle click on clan in the upper right corner and clan chat on there still works(for me at least) and you can talk to them on there but there isnt anything you can do if your in a battle...
