CA Problems that prevent me from playing. HELP!

1st Problem: When I launch the launcher, it says:"CANNOT FIND NGM MODULE"
2nd Problem: When I try to redownload the CA Installer, it keeps stopping at 64% and the time remaining says "UNKNOWN TIME REMAINING".:

I've heard fixes to the NGM Module thing, like redownloading it, but i can't redownload it.

HELP ME PLEASE!!!
