The arrow key issue is when you cannot assign left and right strafe to the left and right arrow keys. When you try to, it says "Unassigned" instead of the key. Pre-patch, you could go into the player profile config and edit it so you can play with arrow keys. Since the patch, that profile has been encrypted. I made a program (an executable) that can fix the arrow key issue.
Specs of the Program
1) It has no viruses.
2) It has only a few lines of code.
3) All it does is remap the left and right keys to F7 and F8.
4) Ability to enable/disable the program.
5) Does not affect gameplay in any way besides strafing fix.
Procedure for Running Program
1) Download the program from my Filefront page. http://files.filefront.com/cActUsjUiCes+ArrowKeyFix+2exe/;13826013;/fileinfo.html
2) Go into the Controls page in Combat Arms. Change "Left" to F7. Change "Right" to F8.
3) Run the program.
4) Go into a game. Your movement should be fixed.
