The Blue Wii Disc Drive Light

Does anyone else think it would be a good idea for the blue disc drive light to have various options associated to it? for example I think it would be good if you could choose the colour of the light, I would like to be able to switch it from blue to my favourite colour which is purple.

this is a good idea... and people have made some mods to there wii's becasue they got sick of the blue light but the blue light is ok
