Server Help

[Mom's Son]

Oki recently me and, Mom had worked together and, bought a server. I am trying to install HLGuard 1.8. But, everytime I unload it into the addon folder and, set a password for the counsle it has. It never works after I restart the server. Am I fogeting to do something? All I know is I downloaded it, put it in my addons folder, Restarted my server, went in and typed

Bind j hlg_menu password

And it doesn't work.

Please someone help me out. I've been looking all over the web and, I am so frustrated.

Oki I fixed that now I want someone to come test it out and, see if it bans them.

I'm just kidding. Acutually it says when it scans the people in our server. It says this in the counsle.

Couldn't exec. "whatever file" in the scan.

Now I have to figure out what this problem is.
