Help!!

Hello all

I keep getting this anoying problem, I get to play maybe 5 minutes ,sometimes not even that it will happen during loading for a game and the game crashes and it takes me back to windows just like that. ive got enough hard disk space and 512 of memory. Whats going on and how do i fix this problem, feel like breaking my pc everytime I ve tried doing everything from scaning for spyware everytime to defragmenting my disc.

one more question I was reading on how to expand my virtual memory but im not sure what to numbers to put like I said before I have 512 of ram memory any help will be appreciated!!
