Why don't they animate superb anime further?

Hellsing,Elfven Lied, Black Lagoon

The manga keeps on going but for some reason only 13 episodes are animeded
i ask you why?

i like reading, but Anime just gives so much more charestic to the charechters.

Any idea why they only animate such a small part of the series?
And it can't be because of the Manga/Anime being bad
Hellsing is superb Elfen lied and Black lagoon and so many other are such masterpieces
they would bring in so freaking much money

Any idea?

well...as u know the manga's get made before the animes. maybe they are busy making the animes while the manga keep going? mostly anime episode 1 starts at manga 100. and animes are way harder to make. you need to sub or dub them because other lands wanna watch them too.
