If it costs you 1,200 to 1,800 dollars to build a computer capable of running that game, you're getting raped. Or you may just not know what you're doing. Either could be true.
I got the machine for $200 and I can run CS:S at about 40-50 fps.. not so hot... but if I spend another $200 on a better card I am sure I can push about 70-80 fps...
So look around you can play the game fine with a lower end machine at a lower price.
Ok so i didnt ask for anyone to tell me to stop bitching or about their personal situation. I asked for fifty dollars... so if your not going to give me 50 bux then you dont need to post at all!
Rootworm..I'm glad your back. no I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to building a Pc. If you want to give me some pointers on how to build one that would be great.

What kind of pointers? I don't know where you'd get your parts, but I've seen instructions with most of the computers I've built... and I've built many.
