You can request an account with just a single game on, for example with just COD: Black Ops 2, or with multiple games on, for example COD: Black Ops 2 + CSS + GMOD + L4D2 + SR3 + MW3 and so on.
Prices are listed on the site.
The only accepted payment processor is Paypal
Basically, you get what you request.
Responds within 15 hours. Make sure your contact info (email, skype, msn) is correct as you will be contacted over the information you provide.
