Not Working

Hi can anyone help me fix this problem?
well ill start from the beginning first i log in then i join a channel and stuff then i join and room to play i ready up leader starts then on that loading page i stay there for few minutes then i get kicked out and it says You are kicked by system high network latency.

I live in aus and im on optus. The error was You got kicked by system because high network latency and i dont know how to fix it

Hrmmmm . I have no-idea man . I only ever get that message when I'm downloading something huge and playing combat arms at the same time, and it's lagging really bad.
