with scanned digital images, your more likely to lose the detail zooming out. however, i know this isn't scanned, i just wanted to say that, it seemed relevant.

Well, about details, I actually work in 2400*3200, the will allow me a final version of 1200*1600 very detailed, and here it is necessary I think. Previews are 600*800 only to fit in with imageshack, and not to stretch the only one other forum where I post them.

Not finished at all, eh, houses will have more details and instead of that crappy road there will be a lot of poeple, that will take me time because I am planning to do almost all the people separatly and avoid at maximum the c'n'p, it should look varied, it is carnival night after all, a creepy carnival but still... These poeple won't be normal by the way, no face, only masks. Well, I'll see

More wierd eyes would be cool, also if within the crowd your cool eye demon would be hiding?

Not spikes, but I already thought about some snakes, or hairs becaming snakes, or dreadlocks (BIGUP MAN ), wires, tentacles, and so on. I'll see.
Withing the crowd it isnt impossible I hide some funny chars, yes
Also, try to look sharp on the marchs where the equilibrist walk, you will see it betet on the final version, but there is 2 drawings of a hand. It will have its explication a the end.
About the spooky eyes, I'll maybe add some.

Yes there is a reason which I'll explain when I'll have finished the whole.
It is more a metaphor, you see, it is full of symbols.
