It isn't banned in the whole world, some places of europe will have it and those who do have a modded console will have it too.
I can't wait to play it and see what all the fuss is about. Ill prob get for my 360 though coz games like that are better suited to it.

I don't think nintendo like those kind of genres... Why don't they have a counter for GTA for example? something similiar...

Something similar to GTA, well Godfather is pretty similar, you can walk around and shoot people, steal cars, shoot the cops.
I'd say it is just GTA Godfather.
