I need help badly

i have played this game for 1 year now and well, now when i try to log in, it will just not do it. it will say nothing and i am still at the homepage of username and password. what do i do. i reinstalled it 3 times and everything. restarted my computer.

Make sure caps lock is off, then try again.

Make sure that you enter the password and username correctly, try entering it really slowly.

i did and yet same problem. i scan for virus and spyware. nothing

Did you ever give out your account details to ANYONE ? Be honest.

well try this log in leave to computer eat somthing for like 10 mins then come back because I logged in to day and it took for ever.
After 10 and it still hasent loaded exit out the game right click on CA then go to propertise then set compatiblity mod to windows 98

fixed, my dlf was blocked by the rccd so i can't play. fixed
