Failed to extract updater

2 of my friends that have bought new computers are having this same problem. when they try downloadin ca eu they click on the cae downloader. they choose to run then it fully downloads. when it opens an error comes up that says 'Failed to extract updater'. the same hapens when they save it instead of run it. whats the problem?

yes,i have the same problem...don't know what's the problem...i'd appreciate if you'd tell me if/when you get a solution.

omg i maybe solved the problem...just go to cae donwloader file and search for it...then pess properties and run the program in admin-rights or something..i can't speak english very well
