Download times?

I'm running an 8mb connection, and i was wondering how long it takes to download games on average? Can you tell me for each type of game eg snes, genesis?

i said i have 8mb/s. I was just curious as i would have thought it would take longer for n64 games compared to snes or genesis games

it cant take that long, even in peak time

I got 8Mb/s and it still takes me about 40 minutes, inclusive restarts...

It will take longer to download n64 games than it does for snes. However, it should only take about 5-10 minutes for a n64 game to download on a slow connection.

Does it depend on what connection you have? ie is using a router faster than the usb dongle?

most wireless routers have a max transfer of 54mb/s

ya 5-10 minutes and at most i have heard of is 15 minutes but it took my Wii about 4 minutes to download Golden Axe

when i downloaded paper mario with our new internet it only took 3 minutes tops! and we have 8mb/s

i downloaded lylat wars yesterday and waas surprised that it only took about 3 minutes, i thought it would take longer

vc games don't take long at all if when i download anything now i takes at most 3 minutes but on avg 2 mintuesish

it doesn't take that long, but the download screen is unbelievably annoying!!
