I sit down for the most part but when I'm really under pressure in a boss fight or a match on MSCF then I'll stand up.

both because you need to stand for some but you can sit for others

I sit except for Wii Sports.. though when I first got Twilight Princess I was standing.. just seemed more fun that way, as my first 'real' Wii game.
