Why are you making so big number of disk space? If there is going to be demo channel (which would be great) I bet that demos don't take so much space because demos are demos and propably you are allowed to play like 1 level or something.

Do you really want to spare it? For one level or two.

A demo can be quite big. Keep in mind that a fullength game takes about 4,5 Gb, a demo would at least be 500 Mb. I don't even think that would cut it.

well lets take PSP demos as example, medal of honor full game takes aprox 1 gig however the demo is 32mb so theres quite a difference

Demo channel would be great. Just seeing how much good stuff that's put up on Live for 360. And I guess on home for the PS3.
