Recruiting to the -=CW=- clan is very difficult for the "average CSer". This clan is a very exclusive clan, and the only members that are allowed must be at the top of their game.
If you meet the following requirements you might eligible to become one.
- You must be 21 years or older
- It requires 20 hours of your time per week
- Be talented or show potential for improvement.
- Four times more kills than deaths on average
- A large arsenal of maps
- Skill with virtually any weapon
- 6 years of organized play.
Once the app is submitted, I or a Senior Council member will send you a return email as soon as we are able explaining more about our recruitment process. Just because you apply does not mean you are guaranteed to get in. CW is invite only. We are the fucking shit. We accept applications but we choose our members carefully. Please DO NOT FUCKING ASK ME in the server or anywhere else about your recruitment status, we take our time in getting to know potential recruits and if we choose you, you will be notified. In the past, members have waited as much as 4-6 months for an opening into our clan, so don't get your fucking hopes up.
Remember, If you are accepted you may only take rest periods for 7 or 14 days at a time, after which you will have to request another rest period to be granted. Also, it is very important to note that unless you ask for a rest, you will be expected to GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY CLAN. I don't have any tolerance for that shit.
Also, Use of illegal drugs are prohibited in the -=CW=- clan. Any member found responsible for a violation of this rule will also be told to GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY CLAN. Fucking pot-heads are the last thing I need running around.
We currently demand people for the following positions:
Master Bait: and by this I don't mean a baiter, I need someone who is a good clever bait so I can shoot the enemy without having to worry about getting shot back at.
Master Decoy: While I'm defusing the bomb or planting the bomb or any other fucking reason I may come up with, I'll need a tacticaly advanced player who can keep the majority of the enemy away from me so I can deal with them just 1 at a time.
Master Mule: I'll need someone who does not buy anything any round just to save up his money and buy me a gun incase I happen to not have any money in any given round.
You must have participated in atleast one of the following leagues. (CAL, OGL, XGL, TWL) to even be eligible to apply.
