Combat Arms cannot connect to servers Error Problem

Hello, I am here to report a problem with Combat Arms.

When I attempt to launch combat arms an error comes up that says:

Error: Can not connect to server. Please try again for visit http://combatarms.nexon.net
Error code: 2, 10013

PLEASE HELP!!!
