I dont have a wifi adaptor but i was bored so i went to internet settings, in the wii options menu, and searched for an access point. i found one. did anyone else do this?

I did it once with my DS and found an access point I could use, and ive found loads that are locked. lol the connection u found is probably ur neighbours lol.

If you own an "Internet connection" and dont know how to protect it i think it doesnt matter if others uses it too

You do know this is ILLEGAL?
And they can find out who you are via your IP and your Wii's MAC address - which is saved on the router you're stealing connection from - and can easily be blocked.

Well, it shouldn't be that hard to find out.. But yeah, if you access a neighbor's connection without their permission, it is illegal.
