SD card

    what is the most price worthy SD card with about 1 gig memory?

    Can I play videos with it? if so, what formats?


    Found this:

    encoded as motion JPEG..?

    MP3s can be played on it
    Jpeg is a picture code, so i guess a picture in motion??? I really don't have any idea.

    On videos, I heard if it can play on Quicktime, It can play on Wii. The format codes are on nintendo's customer service link. I'll look it up!

    Ok. Pictures can be only JPEG, maximum size is 8192x8192. Movies can be Quicktime Motion JPEG or .movs! And only MP3s for music. I hope this helps!

    you can get a 2 gig one from say amazon or tiger direct for $20 (they are usually a better choice than a 1gig that can cost say $15) and yes you can play MPEG videos.

    my dad get good sd cards in tesco with alot of space that are cheap so go there

    Noone seemed to answer his question on how to play mp3's;
    Go to the photo channel, and select sllidewhow. pause the slide show with A, then go to change settings or something and select change song; the MP3's must be in the root of the stick, not in ANY folder- note- you must have at least 1 jpeg picture on the stick for a slideshow to work and play mp3s. hope i helped

    best buy, if your in america, sells cheap but good sd cards. i got one free with my camera
