Nexon Game Manager has stopped working

The when I install this game it works flawlessly but then everytime I have restarted my computer I get this error when booting up combat arms which forces me to re-download the game and reinstall it (I have the downloaded game on my desktop to install it again but if i restart my pc it does the same thing).

Im running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 and I have tryed all the compatibility modes.

These are my specs:
Windows Vista? Ultimate (6.0, Build 6001)
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
2046MB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250

make sure the internet connection or download of CA was not interrupted by anything. then try installing and see if that works.
