I think it isn't working on older accounts because mine works but my friend's older account doesn't. That's the only "solution" if you can call it that I can offer you to fix it.

You can try sending a ticket but alls there going to say is we are working on it see you in the battlefeild lol

So I created a new Nexon account and sure enough the buddy system works now. Crappy solution if you ask me though...

Yep, I'm fo real.. lol the second account I made is called Boomer4Win and the buddy thing works just fine on there. Still play with both though.

I don't know why mine still works. I think most of the new account have a working messenger.

Yeah mine works because I Enlisted in October I wonder what the dead line was for working messenger and ot working messenger lol

I don't know. I think mine was the select few that works right now. My main account I'm talking about, which was enlisted back in August 2008.
