I have a drive on my pc that reads


Digital Media Manager and it has a usb slot and two other slots....


SD/MMC/SM/MS/MS-PRO = rite above the one drive

CF/MICRODRIVE = above the other....


I'm just wanderin WTF????

Hey Fiero, that is for reading cards. For example, if you have a digital camera you can take the card out of it and insert it in the slot that it fits in rather than have to burn batteries on your camera while you download the pics.

The whole thing is really to suppliment removeable storage. The CF stands for compact flash. That's another word for microdrive. You can get them in all kinds of sizes.
