To make a long story short, I ordered the wrong silencer/heatsink for this 6600 gt. It totally pisses me off that I was searching for one for a while, but unfortanutely they are not stocked. What even pissed me off more is that I opened the packaging without seeing I had the wrong model.
I have an AGP version, and the heatsink combo I got in is for a Pcie card. It totally pissed me off that I knew this was my problem, and for me to send it back to newegg and pay the restocking fee it would cost 15 dollars when I only paid 30 for the cooler.
Well after debating my issue while drinking (which I should regret but do not) I decided to do something about this. I found the card and the heat sink had a matching distance between mounting holes, and capacitors were in the way.
What we ended up with is what we see here. My other setup what pure ghetto, but this is super ghetto. Regardless I am proud to display its uniqueness:
