CombatArmsSetupV28.exe wont load up at all

hello i just downloaded combat arms.. with a fresh install of windows 7, and it wont work at all.. when i had it before it was on the same OS! basically the same install. any ideas why its not working? everything else is fine on my laptop.. but combat arms wont even install please help

alright.. i also tried to redownload with no success at all! this is really bugging me as it was fine before but now wont even install. anyone have any ideas? i also tried compatibility too!

Need a bit more info, when you click on the setup icon does it open up ?
If it doesn't make sure it fully d/loaded (mostly likely it has, but i've had that happen to me once)

Before where you running it on Vista or xp ?
