cannot connect to server pi,30022

the only issue raised what about being in europe that caused the server error pi, 30022.

but in my case, im from Philippines and i get the same error. what do i have to do about this so i can connect to the server and play?

Pi 30022, to my knowledge means you can't play due to geographical location.
As for the Philippines, to my knowledge, im sorry to say your outa luck, unless you can read Korean...
