Uh.. They're 2 completely different guns.
Whats your playing style? M416-CQB is insanely accurate and has almost no recoil scoped. Add a silencer and its almost unfair. It's more expensive than the Arctic Wolf though.
Arctic Wolf performs on par with the L96A1 Ghillie found in the sniper supply case. It's nice to have but a regular L96A1 does the job just fine.
It all comes down to your playing style. Do you like to sit back and pick people off or do you like being right in the action?
