I can't get the dialog between characters work all that well either as I've been working on my large project for so long that I can't write any other characters. It really sucks as of now and am having a hard time explaining things. Its not writers block because I have a steady flow of ideas, most fit into two categories, they either don't fit into the story or suck, a lot. This means there is huge gaps between when I wrote different parts so the style changes drastically. The first few sentances were written on Wednesday night when I had nothing on my mind and have a very heavy serious feel to them. The next paragraph was written in school on Wednesday so it has a very fantasy feel because I was doing it instead of school work. The most recent part has a huge comedy feel to it because I've been depressed lately and needed something to make me laugh.  Overall this is becoming a huge disaster as the style changes are ruining everything. If I can't get it to work I'm going to scrap it, its really awful in my mind.  On a sidenote, the contest starts in my time zone in about 2 and a half hours.</blockquote>
