Well guys that's it really, these account is "In good Standing" with Valve, and has a great reputation in the gaming scene (Complementary of my No-life self;D)
The account has Steam Guard currently Disabled allowing you to fully access the account and change them to your personal details such as - Password, Email Adress, Security Questions, Bank information and all of the sort. You can change everything to suit you, there will be no way for me/or anyone else to retain the account after the details are changed.
