1:I unlocked Overtime, if I start over 72 Hour mode, will I lose Overtime at the "Start Game" screen and have to unlock it all over again?

2:I got the Ledgendary Soldier achivment and Hella Copter achivment, do I get these in the Security Room when I start a new 72 hour game? Or do I have to complete Overtime and get the True Ending and then start over?

1: Once you unlock Overtime mode it never goes away so you don't have to unlock it a second time if you die in OT mode.

Your 2nd question I kinda don't understand, what are you trying to say?

Alright, I got the achivments to unlock the Special Forces Boots and Uniform.

Do I get these the next time I start a new 72 hour mode in the security room, or do I have to beat Overtime and then I unlock it to use in 72 hour?

I think you have to beat OT mode, then start 72 hour mode.
