I work at Toys R Us and I ended up in the electronics dept. well this past sunday we had 13 wiis and sold out within the first hour, people were lined up at 8 when the store doesn't open until 10. So I must've gotten 10 phone calls asking if we had it or when I knew when our next truck with the wiis will be (but we don't ever know unless there is a promo and we can't tell people that either). I was getting bored with the people coming in and phone calls about if wiis were sold out. Then people came in just wanting to know about wiis I love moms, they are guilable (sp?). I had a mom ask about psp and 360 and went on about how she was sick of having her kids sit infront of the tv playing video games. So then I steered her towards the wii section.... she tells me she is done buying systems for her kids and i ignore her and keep talking lol finally i sell her on the wii, slight problem we don't have them... she STILL BUYS NUNCHUKS AND REMOTES AND 3 GAMES then I had another lady come in and ask questions about what it comes with it and such and such. Then we go to games and accessories and she buys 6 games (buy 2 get 1 free) and 2 nunchucks and a reusable battery thing and then a whole bunch of batteries, then i tell her we don't have the wiis, she got all nervous cause it was her kids birthdays the next day or something. SO SHE BUYS IT ALL! I got both people to spend like 15$ on extended warrenties and dumb things like that. i love my job
