The complaints detail how members who have reached the minimum payout amount are not being paid according to the site's own Terms of Service. Support e-mails have not been responded to, members have not been paid, and so this program rightly belongs on the list.The second reason that AWSurveys is on the list is the use of deceptive business practices. Many complainants note that upon reaching the minimum payment amount, or close to it, their account has been closed or suspended for "cheating", violation of Terms, or without reason.Others have found it impossible to take any more surveys once they have earned a certain figure, below the minimum payment amount. It is clear that this practice is too widespread among our complainants to be attributed solely to real cheating or accidental breaches of the site's Terms. The practice of accusing members of cheating in order to withhold payments is both deceptive and dishonest, and must not be tolerated.</blockquote>
