need snowy city buildings please

can som1 please make a skin for the Citybuilding models but have it snowy, with like snow on it and etc i would greatly appreciate this

if i did i wouldnt be asking thins, i can do simple skinning. but ever since i moved to my new computer i dont have anythin besides paint
