Lua for Wii v5.1.3

the first release of lua libraries for wii.
Some of the scripting libraries of Lua for Wii aren't implemented yet, but this might change in future versions.

this should boost the amount of coders developing for wii as lua does not need to be compiled, can be written in any notepad application and is fairly easy to learn.

maybe ill start coding for wii instead of psp

Oh it's also an ELF so if some is on HomeBrew Channel Beta 9+ they need to use another loader.
(e.g. You can launch loadmii to load this )
